Description

Maintain and grow assigned sales channels and partnerships with the purpose of selling products and services of Icon Time Systems.

  • Implements activity goals and promotions with assigned channel partners to increase unit sales and grow and retain/maintain partnerships.
  • Presents products and services of Icon Time Systems to final decision makers and end users via phone and/or website presentations with the goal of selling them our products and services.
  • Utilizes phone, internet, and online presentations as primary selling tools to achieve Icon Time Systems meeting or exceeding sales objectives by individual product line category within assigned channels and accounts.
  • Answers inbound calls and e-mail in a call center environment in order to provide sales and service and/or refer to appropriate personnel.
  • Analyzes the customer needs and interests to determine which products are appropriate and refers to appropriate party when necessary.
  • Expedites the resolution of customer problems or complaints to the appropriate personnel to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Tracks performance of assigned channels and/or partnerships on an ongoing basis giving the business development manager timely reports on activity.
Requirements
  • H.S. Diploma.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 3 years of experience in Related field in sales and/or relationship management capacity.
