In this role you'll:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for Paychex customers by phone, e-mail and/or live chat to support their company sponsored benefit plans. Service Partners apply critical thinking and problem solving skills to take ownership and solve customer inquiries.

  • Learn a high level of product and system knowledge needed to service and direct customers. We provide extensive training and work in a continuous learning environment with ongoing education on-the-job.

  • Expand your knowledge and earn more pay through our levels program, with up to four levels of advancement available within this service center role.

  • Need to be available to work a shift between the hours of 8am ' 9pm EST.

To be qualified for this position you need customer service experience, ability to work under pressure, strong mathematical and solution oriented mindset and excellent oral & verbal communication. One year of experience with HR related products including 401k, profit sharing, s125 or other contribution plans is preferred.

Requirements
