•Print and complete spreadsheet for Factor lockbox.
•Process Factor Lockboxes.
•Print and Process Canadian payments
•Process funding only walk-in deposits.
•Process funding only credit card payments.
•Assist in other areas of accounting department as needed.
•Review incoming payments, update logs, and communicate potential issues (including fraud).
•Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of four year’s work experience strongly preferred.
  • Understanding of basic accounting principles. Good data entry skills, including both speed and accuracy. Ability to manage own workload to meet daily deadlines in a high volume environment. Must be detail oriented, customer focused, proactive and able to work under pressure. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills. Computer proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, Internet and proficiency in basic office equipment. Typical work will be conducted indoors. Occasional travel to complete required training may be required. Work days and hours will be dictated by current needs. Advance will provide all necessary work tools to perform job.
