Description

Supervises a team of Account Specialists, Senior New Account Specialists, and New Account Managers, (generally 5 ' 8 employees,) engaged in the conversion of new clients to the Major Markets products. Provides technical advice to our clients on Preview products and its most complex features such as Report Writer, Human Resources, General Ledger, interfaces, and networks. Maintains a strong partnership relationship with Sales Management. Ensures that a positive, high-quality image is established and maintained with our clients.

  • Supervises, assigns work, directs staff, and audits the work of assigned personnel to ensure we are providing a quality product for our clients. Coordinates assigned personnel time away from the office to ensure proper coverage.
  • Communicates with Regional and Corporate personnel teams such as time and attendance, HRS and Hr Online during identification and resolution of system problems by providing technical expertise on multiple product lines to resolve client concerns.
  • Meets regularly with sales team to manage/review the backlog of clients and the pipeline in order to resolve issues, share information, and to maintain a strong partnership.
  • Makes recommendations for hiring, evaluates performance, recommends promotion/termination, and takes disciplinary action for the purpose of recruiting and maintaining the highest quality of employees.
  • Supervises training of personnel; recommends, implements, and monitors on-the-job training and education to ensure professional advancement opportunities for assigned personnel.
  • Maintains knowledge of Preview system and software changes to help with client and or Sales inquiries. Need to be informed of changes in Paychex policy and procedures to support the staff and our clients.
  • Assists the Hub Manager with development of goals, improvement strategies and development of operating budgets to achieve goals and performance targets.
  • Makes client visits as needed to resolve outstanding issues and review progress.
Requirements
  • H.S. Diploma.
  • 1 year of experience in Leadership role.
