The position is responsible for the advancement and continual improvement of the Paychex BCP program. Paychex executes these contingency plans as part of normal business operations. Where other companies may avoid using their plans, Paychex embraces the program and leverages BCO solutions to ensure business operations continue seamlessly for our clients.

  • Leads a team of industry certified professionals to develop a high degree of confidence in BCP readiness

  • Acts as a change agent for new solutions

  • Develops leaders within the BCP Office

  • Leads the organization to develop and maintain a high degree of confidence in business unit resiliency

  • Participates in live events to ensure smooth crisis management

  • Drives a culture of readiness

  • Drives a roadmap of action items through functional work and delivery teams

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Information Technology.
  • 4 years of experience in Business continuity planning or related field. Must have experience with financial industries.
