  • Train, lead and evaluate team members.

  • Provide interview feedback for new hires

  • Develop and maintain client relationships. Assist clients (internal and external) with questions or issues that fall outside the realm of team members

  • Assist with Weekly/Monthly close

  • Manage and Assist Team with Day to Day volume with regards to exceptions and cash postings

  • Attend bi-weekly credit meeting and weekly dept meeting.

  • Promptly alert appropriate members of management of potential fraud found through the research and posting process

  • Accurate and timely Completion of Exception reporting for assigned customers

  • Review aging reports for missed applications, errors, DEL ages, etc. and correct according to current procedures.

  • Contact customers/end debtors in order to reconcile remittance differences.

  • Maintain accurate records and logs of transactions as required.

  • Assist with audit and year-end prep.

  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in accounting/related subject and some related work experienced or High School diploma/equivalent and sufficient work experience to demonstrate ability.

  • Understanding of basic accounting principles is a plus.

  • Ability to manage own workload to meet daily deadlines in high volume environment.

  • Prior Supervisory experience preferred.

  • Ability to communicate clearly and pleasantly to internal and external parties, including dissatisfied customers.

  • Must be detail oriented, customer focused, proactive and able to work under pressure. Strong attention to detail.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to use multiple types of software including MS Office and proficiency in basic office equipment. Strong Excel and Outlook skills.
