ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but may not be limited to the following.

  • Perform Demonstrations, implementation and Training of client facing systems including Applicant Tracking, Online New Hire or any other new third party application that is client facing.

  • Determine customization requirements to meet client's needs within the current applications functionality.

  • Develop internal tools to assist with requirements gathering techniques.

  • Analyzes, test and assist with implementation of products and work closely with New Client Implementation team.

  • Determines billing amounts to be added to client invoicing monthly and reports those amounts to management on periodic schedule.

  • Demonstrates outstanding communication skills to translate client needs to the implementation teams to meet implementation deadline needs of users.

  • Must be able to work with clients and business stakeholders to understand client specific workflow for efficient implementations. Liaises with end users to accurately determine requirements.

  • Assist with investigation, troubleshooting, problem solving and resolving current application inefficiencies.

  • Drive toward on-time, quality deliverables in a highly complex and dynamic business environment, while actively managing client and stakeholder expectations.

  • Assist with Time and Attendance ' support for client questions, pull/obtain info for implementations

  • Assist and update current GL setups for internal codes

  • Assist with Uploads ' support clients that receive errors, help obtain info for setup of new uploads

  • Assisting with client report request

  • Provides Tier I client end-user technical support by assessing, diagnosing and resolving routine application errors or additional requirements.

  • Provide day to day assistance to clients and internal stakeholders.


  • Strong understanding Payroll and HR functions

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

  • Proven ability to act as a product functional and technical expert

  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to communicate ideas in both technical and non-technical language

  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and manage changing priorities

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Analyst field or a combination of related experience or industry related field experience/equivalent.
