The HRS team is looking for a Developer to join their team! The HRS development team is responsible for the maintenance and support of our existing suite of HRS products (ex. Retirement, Health and Benefits, Workers Compensation, etc.), as well as the implementation of new features in order to meet the needs of our clients, participants, and internal operations partners. We work with a wide variety of technologies such as Oracle, Java, .Net, Pro*C and HTML5 as a basis for each application and work closely with product and operations to determine how to best design a solution for each business opportunity. Our agile environment consists of multiple agile teams (product owner, scrum master, analysts, software developers, and test automation engineers) working in two week sprints. Software is released on a bi-monthly release schedule, allowing for frequent releases to our customers and internal partners.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer or related discipline:
- 1 year of experience in related field.
- Agile Principles (scrum).
- CI principles, including automated builds, tests, and deployments.
- Preferred Qualifications/ Technologies:
- Relational Databases (SQL)
- Web Services (REST)
