It’s ingrained in our culture and is central to our corporate identity.
In donations that Paychex and its employees have given to United Way organizations across the U.S. since 2006.
In grants from the Paychex Charitable Foundation that were awarded in FY23, a new foundation fiscal year record, helping to support strong and vibrant communities in the markets where our employees live and work.
Environmental Sustainability
Being a good steward of the earth is essential for putting ‘good’ to work. Every year, we find more ways to take care of our planet and reduce the environmental impact of our operations. Whether it’s designing our facilities, reducing waste, or encouraging grassroots efforts from employees, the “Paychex Cares” mantra applies all around us too.
Balance & Well-being
The Paychex voluntary well-being program supports employees in making health a priority. It addresses the environmental and cultural factors that influence all dimensions of well-being, including physical, social-emotional, financial, community, and career.

Military & Veterans Network
The Military & Veterans Network (MVN) provides support, advocacy, and resources for military service members, veterans, and family members by providing integration support, professional development, and networking assistance. Rooted in respect and partnership, MVN also connects allies to educational opportunities that deepen understanding of military and veteran life and different ways to support their local community.
tAPIstry Network
The tAPIstry Network is committed to engaging our Asian & Pacific Islander communities, empowering their authentic voices, and promoting understanding with the greater organization.
United Prism Network
Our mission is to foster a safe, inclusive, and empowering environment where LGBTQIA+ employees, allies, clients, and partners can thrive. Through increased visibility, professional development, and authentic representation, we aim to grow leaders, drive positive change, and build a culture of belonging across our organization and the broader community.

Our mission as a Black and African American Employee Business Resource Group (EBRG) is to foster a sense of community, provide opportunities for personal and professional development, and advocate for policies and practices that promote equity and fairness for all. Our goal is to empower Black African American employees to thrive in their careers through programs, education, mentorship, and outreach, and to contribute to the success of our company.
Diverse-Abilities Network
The Diverse-Abilities Network celebrates and promotes awareness of both visible and invisible disabilities, mental health, and neurodiversity. Our goal is to foster a sense of community, safety, and inclusion for all employees and advocate for policies that not only support the diverse needs in our population but also ease the challenges they face. Through these actions, we will drive acceptance and change perspectives within Paychex and beyond.

The HOLA Network (Hispanic & Latino Organization to Lead and Achieve) supports employees who celebrate the unique diversity of Hispanic & Latin communities by fostering cultural dexterity and building lasting inclusion through the promotion of the vibrant cultural diversity and creating a supportive environment through development opportunities.
